About
I’m Jenna, a Senior Content Designer and UX Writer, currently crafting the words that guide users through digital experiences at President’s Choice across insurance, telecommunications and gift cards.
My approach to content is rooted in the belief that the best digital experiences are the simplest. Or at least, they appear that way. I’ve spent a lot of time asking the question “but will users understand this?”–and then creating content to make sure they do. My process involves leveraging user research and insights to understand what people actually need, then translating that into content that’s simple and helps them complete their goals.
In the past, I’ve applied this approach working with brands like Longo’s, Hyundai Canada and The Royal Conservatory of Music. In 2018, I presented my work with Grocery Gateway at the prestigious UXinsight conference in the Netherlands.
